Finalizing Results

Once all judges have completed scoring, click Finalize Results in your competition dashboard. This locks the scores and prepares the official results.

Announcing Winners

Go to your competition dashboard and click Announce Results
Review the winner rankings
Write a custom announcement message (optional)
Click Publish Results — all participants will be notified by email with their scores and rankings

Certificates and Badges

FairArena can automatically generate and email participation and winner certificates. Enable this in your competition settings before publishing results. Certificates include the competition name, participant name, date, and rank.

Exporting Results

Download full results as a CSV or PDF from the Results tab. The export includes all scores, rankings, and judge feedback.

Managing Contestants and Registrations

Overview

Once your competition is live, you can monitor and manage all registrations from your Organizer Dashboard. This guide covers everything from approving participants to handling withdrawals.

Viewing Registrations

Go to your competition page and click the Registrations tab. Here you can see:

All registered participants with their name, email, and registration date
Registration status: Pending, Approved, or Rejected
Identity verification status for each contestant
Submission status: Not Submitted, Submitted, Under Review

Approving or Rejecting Registrations

By default, registrations are auto-approved. You can switch to Manual Approval mode in Competition Settings. In Manual Approval mode:

Click Approve next to a contestant to confirm their registration
Click Reject to deny entry (you can optionally provide a reason)
Bulk approve or reject multiple participants at once using checkboxes

Sending Announcements to Participants

Use the Announcements feature to communicate with all registered participants:

Go to your competition dashboard and click Announcements
Write your message (supports rich text)
Choose recipients: All participants, Approved only, or specific individuals
Click Send — participants will receive an email notification

Exporting Participant Data

You can export the full registrant list as a CSV file from the Registrations tab. The export includes name, email, registration date, submission status, and score.

FairArena is built on the principles of fairness, transparency, and integrity. All participants — organizers, contestants, and judges — are expected to uphold these standards. This article outlines the rules that govern all competitions hosted on the platform.

General Rules

All participants must use their real identity. Creating fake accounts or impersonating others is strictly prohibited.
Contestants must submit original work. Plagiarism, use of AI-generated content without disclosure, or recycling of previously submitted work is not allowed unless explicitly permitted by the organizer.
Collaborative submissions must clearly list all contributors.
Participants may not communicate with judges outside of official platform channels.
Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior toward any participant is grounds for immediate disqualification.

Rules for Contestants

Only submit work that you have the right to share and enter into competitions.
Do not attempt to game the scoring system or manipulate AI scoring.
Do not share confidential competition materials or judging criteria outside the platform.
Respect submission deadlines. Late submissions will not be accepted unless stated otherwise.
Attempting to identify judges or influence their scoring is a violation and may lead to disqualification.
