Finalizing Results

Once all judges have completed scoring, click Finalize Results in your competition dashboard. This locks the scores and prepares the official results.

Announcing Winners

1. Go to your competition dashboard and click Announce Results
2. Review the winner rankings
3. Write a custom announcement message (optional)
4. Click Publish Results — all participants will be notified by email with their scores and rankings

Certificates and Badges

FairArena can automatically generate and email participation and winner certificates. Enable this in your competition settings before publishing results. Certificates include the competition name, participant name, date, and rank.

Exporting Results

Download full results as a CSV or PDF from the Results tab. The export includes all scores, rankings, and judge feedback.
