Managing Contestants and Registrations
Overview
Once your competition is live, you can monitor and manage all registrations from your Organizer Dashboard. This guide covers everything from approving participants to handling withdrawals.
Viewing Registrations
Go to your competition page and click the Registrations tab. Here you can see:
- All registered participants with their name, email, and registration date
- Registration status: Pending, Approved, or Rejected
- Identity verification status for each contestant
- Submission status: Not Submitted, Submitted, Under Review
Approving or Rejecting Registrations
By default, registrations are auto-approved. You can switch to Manual Approval mode in Competition Settings. In Manual Approval mode:
- Click Approve next to a contestant to confirm their registration
- Click Reject to deny entry (you can optionally provide a reason)
- Bulk approve or reject multiple participants at once using checkboxes
Sending Announcements to Participants
Use the Announcements feature to communicate with all registered participants:
- Go to your competition dashboard and click Announcements
- Write your message (supports rich text)
- Choose recipients: All participants, Approved only, or specific individuals
- Click Send — participants will receive an email notification
Exporting Participant Data
You can export the full registrant list as a CSV file from the Registrations tab. The export includes name, email, registration date, submission status, and score.
Removing a Participant
If a participant violates competition rules, you can remove them by clicking the three-dot menu next to their name and selecting Remove Participant. They will be notified by email.
