The fastest way to reach us is through the live chat widget on the FairArena website and platform.
- Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any FairArena page.
- Type your question or describe your issue.
- A support agent will respond as soon as possible during business hours.
Live chat is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST.
Email Support
For detailed inquiries or issues that require documentation (e.g., payment disputes, account access problems), you can reach us by email.

- A description of the issue
- Screenshots or error messages if applicable
- The competition name (if the issue is competition-related)

Reporting a Violation
If you need to report a fair play violation, suspicious activity, or platform abuse:
- Use the Report a Violation button on the relevant competition page, or
- Send an email to support@fairarena.raiseaticket.com with details of the violation.
All reports are treated confidentially and reviewed by our team.
