What is FairArena?

FairArena is an AI-powered competition platform that enables organizations to run fair, transparent, and efficient competitions. It supports hackathons, essay contests, talent searches, and more.

Is FairArena free to use?

FairArena offers a free plan with basic features. Paid plans (Starter and Pro) unlock additional capabilities such as AI-assisted judging, custom branding, and advanced analytics. See our Pricing page for details.

What types of competitions can I run on FairArena?

FairArena supports written submissions, code submissions, presentation files, and multimedia entries. Virtually any type of competition with structured judging can be run on the platform.

For Organizers

How do I create a competition?

Go to your organizer dashboard and click Create Competition. Fill in the details, set up judging criteria, configure payments if applicable, and publish when ready.

Can I invite specific judges?

Yes. You can invite judges by email directly from the competition management panel.

Can I restrict who can participate?

Yes. You can set eligibility requirements, invite-only access, or require identity verification before submissions are accepted.

How does AI judging work?

When AI judging is enabled, the platform analyzes each submission against your judging criteria and provides a suggested score. Human judges can accept or override AI scores. Final results are always determined by human judges.

For Contestants

How do I join a competition?

Browse available competitions from the Competitions page, click on one that interests you, and click Register or Join. Some competitions may require payment or identity verification.

Can I edit my submission after submitting?

This depends on the organizer's settings. If the submission window is still open and editing is allowed, you can return to your submission and make changes.

When will I see my results?

Results are released by the organizer. You will receive a notification when scores are published.

Can I participate in multiple competitions at once?

Yes, you can participate in as many competitions as you like simultaneously.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods are supported?

FairArena supports payments via Razorpay, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, and Dodo Payments, depending on the competition's settings. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are subject to FairArena's Refund Policy. In most cases, refunds can be requested within 7 days of payment if the competition has not yet begun. Please review our Refund Policy article for full details.

Privacy & Data

Is my data safe on FairArena?

Yes. FairArena uses industry-standard encryption and follows GDPR-compliant data handling practices. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can permanently delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete My Account. This action is irreversible.

Who can see my submission?

Your submission is visible to the organizer and assigned judges. It is not publicly visible unless the organizer chooses to showcase it.
