Competition Rules & Fair Play Policy

FairArena is built on the principles of fairness, transparency, and integrity. All participants — organizers, contestants, and judges — are expected to uphold these standards. This article outlines the rules that govern all competitions hosted on the platform.

General Rules

  • All participants must use their real identity. Creating fake accounts or impersonating others is strictly prohibited.
  • Contestants must submit original work. Plagiarism, use of AI-generated content without disclosure, or recycling of previously submitted work is not allowed unless explicitly permitted by the organizer.
  • Collaborative submissions must clearly list all contributors.
  • Participants may not communicate with judges outside of official platform channels.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior toward any participant is grounds for immediate disqualification.

Rules for Contestants

  • Only submit work that you have the right to share and enter into competitions.
  • Do not attempt to game the scoring system or manipulate AI scoring.
  • Do not share confidential competition materials or judging criteria outside the platform.
  • Respect submission deadlines. Late submissions will not be accepted unless stated otherwise.
  • Attempting to identify judges or influence their scoring is a violation and may lead to disqualification.

Rules for Organizers

  • Organizers must clearly define competition rules, eligibility criteria, and judging criteria before publishing.
  • Prize information must be accurate and fulfilled as promised.
  • Organizers must maintain confidentiality of all contestant submissions.
  • Organizers may not create competitions that promote illegal activities, hate speech, or discrimination.
  • FairArena reserves the right to remove competitions that violate platform policies.

Rules for Judges

  • Judges must evaluate all submissions objectively based on the stated criteria.
  • Judges must disclose any conflicts of interest (e.g., personal relationships with contestants).
  • Judges must not share submission contents with third parties.
  • AI-suggested scores may be used as a starting point, but all final scores must reflect genuine human judgment.

Consequences of Violations

Violations of FairArena's fair play policy may result in:

  • Immediate disqualification from the relevant competition
  • Suspension or permanent banning of the account
  • Reporting to relevant authorities if illegal activity is involved

If you believe a violation has occurred, please report it through the Report a Violation option in the competition page or contact our support team directly.
