Troubleshooting Common Issues

Running into an issue with FairArena? This guide covers the most common problems and how to resolve them quickly.


I Can't Log In


  • Check that you are using the correct email address associated with your account.
  • Make sure Caps Lock is off when entering your password.
  • If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions.
  • If you signed up with Google or another provider, use the same login method.
  • If 2FA is enabled, make sure your authenticator app is showing the correct code.


I Didn't Receive the Verification Email


  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address during sign-up.
  • Wait a few minutes and try resending the verification email from the login page.
  • If the issue persists, contact support with your registered email address.


My Submission Failed to Upload


  • Check your internet connection and try again.
  • Make sure your file meets the submission requirements (size, format, type).
  • Try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache.
  • If the competition deadline has passed, submissions may no longer be accepted.
  • Contact the competition organizer if the submission window is still open.


I Can't See My Competition


  • Make sure you are logged into the correct account.
  • Check if the competition requires registration before it becomes visible.
  • The organizer may have set the competition to private or restricted access.
  • Contact the organizer directly if you believe you should have access.


My Payment Was Charged but I'm Not Registered


  • Wait a few minutes and refresh the page. Payment processing can occasionally take time.
  • Check your email for a confirmation message.
  • If the issue persists after 15 minutes, contact FairArena Support with your payment reference number.


I Can't See My Scores


  • Scores may not be published yet. The organizer controls when results are released.
  • Make sure you are logged into the account you used to enter the competition.
  • If results were announced but you still can't see them, try refreshing or contact support.


The Page is Not Loading Correctly


  • Try clearing your browser cache and cookies.
  • Use a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari — latest version recommended).
  • Disable browser extensions that may interfere with the page.
  • Check the FairArena status page for any ongoing service disruptions.
