Before You Submit

Make sure you are registered before attempting to submit. Check the competition page for the submission deadline, accepted file formats, maximum file size, and any required form fields.

How to Submit

1. Go to your My Competitions page
2. Click on the competition name
3. Click Submit Entry
4. Upload your file or paste your submission link
5. Fill in any required form fields
6. Review your submission carefully
7. Click Submit — you will receive a confirmation email
8. Editing Your Submission
9. You can edit or replace your submission any number of times before the deadline. Go to your competition dashboard and click Edit Submission. After the deadline, submissions are locked.
10. Late Submissions
11. FairArena does not accept late submissions. The submission portal automatically closes at the deadline. Plan ahead and submit early.
12. Supported Submission Types

• File upload: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, ZIP, MP4 (up to 100MB)
• URL: GitHub, Google Drive, Figma, YouTube, or any public link
• Text: Written directly in the submission form

Note: Accepted types are set by the organizer. Check the competition page for specific requirements.
