Verification is usually completed automatically within a few minutes. In some cases, manual review may take up to 24 hours.

Verification Status

• Pending — Your documents are being processed
• Verified — Your identity has been confirmed. You can now join any competition.
• Rejected — Your documents could not be verified. Check the reason and resubmit.

Privacy and Data Security

Your identity documents are processed securely and are never shared with organizers or third parties. FairArena uses encrypted storage and complies with applicable data protection regulations. Your ID documents are automatically deleted after verification is complete.

Common Verification Issues

• Photo is blurry or has glare: Retake in better lighting
• ID is expired: Use a current, valid ID
• Name mismatch: Ensure your profile name matches your ID
• Selfie not matching: Ensure your face is clearly visible and well-lit
