FairArena Refund Policy

Organizer Subscription Fees

Subscription fees (Starter and Pro plans) are non-refundable after 7 days of a billing cycle. Refunds are available within 7 days if you have not used the platform. Email support@fairarena.raiseaticket.com to request.

Competition Registration Fees

FairArena's default policy for registration fees:

• Non-refundable once a competition has started
• Fully refunded if the organizer cancels the competition
• Refund on withdrawal depends on the organizer's stated policy

1. Email support@fairarena.raiseaticket.com with subject: Refund Request
2. Include your account email, competition name, and reason
3. Our team will respond within 2 business days
