For Organizers: Launch Your First Competition

1. Create your account — Sign up at fairarena.app and choose an Organizer account
2. Set up your organization profile — Add your name, logo, and description
3. Create a new competition — Click New Competition, fill in title, description, eligibility, and timeline
4. Configure judging criteria — Add weighted parameters (e.g., Innovation: 30%, Execution: 40%, Presentation: 30%)
5. Set registration and submission deadlines
6. Invite judges — Add judges by email from your dashboard
7. Publish your competition — Click Publish to make it live and discoverable
8. Share your competition link with your target participants

For Contestants: Join Your First Competition

1. Create your account — Sign up at fairarena.app as a Contestant
2. Complete identity verification — Verify your identity once to unlock all competitions
3. Browse competitions — Explore open competitions on the Discover page
4. Register for a competition — Click Register and fill in the required details
5. Submit your work — Upload your project, link, or document before the deadline
6. Track your results — Check the leaderboard and your score in real time once judging begins
