Payment Integrations

FairArena supports multiple payment gateways so organizers can collect registration fees and contestants can pay entry fees with ease.

• Razorpay – Best for Indian users. Supports UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.
• Paddle – Ideal for global SaaS payments with built-in tax compliance.
• Lemon Squeezy – Simple, developer-friendly payment processing for digital products.
• Dodo Payments – Lightweight payment processing with low fees.

Organizers select their preferred payment provider in the Competition Settings under Payments.

Identity Verification

FairArena uses identity verification to ensure fair competition and prevent fraudulent submissions.

• Contestants may be required to verify their identity before submitting entries.
• Verification is powered by a trusted KYC provider and may require a government-issued ID or selfie.
• Verified status is displayed on contestant profiles.

Document Signing (Docuseal)

FairArena integrates with Docuseal for legally binding agreement signing.

• Organizers can attach terms and conditions, NDAs, or participation agreements to competitions.
• Contestants are required to sign these documents before their submission is accepted.
• Signed documents are stored securely and accessible to organizers.

Survey & Feedback (Formbricks)

FairArena integrates with Formbricks for collecting feedback from contestants and judges.

• Organizers can add post-competition surveys to gather insights.
• Feedback forms are embedded directly in the platform.
• Survey results are accessible in the organizer dashboard.

Webhooks & API

FairArena provides developer-friendly webhooks and an API for custom integrations.

• Webhooks notify your systems in real time about key events (e.g., new submission, score updated, winner announced).
• The FairArena REST API allows you to automate competition management, sync data, and build custom workflows.
• API keys can be generated in Settings > Developer.
